My goal with any training session is to challenge your current way of thinking, help your team move beyond their comfort zone, and help create new pathways to enable new success. One of my new methods of engagement for experiential learning is rapping. Yes, rapping like RUN DMC or LL Cool J. Having fun and expressing creative energy is a vital component to forming new success habits. Exceptional sales performers are creative, adaptive and have developed systems that create sustainable and repeatable results.
